Appointment of a Service Provider to Co-ordinate 21St Anniversary Celebration
The PHSDSBC wishes to appoint a service provider to co-ordinate its 21st Anniversary Celebration, to be celebrated on or about 18 July 2020.
Only service providers, who have a company turnover of a minimum of R 500 000.00 per annum and 10 years relevant experience, are invited to apply. Service providers are requested to provide the following documentation, together with their quotations:
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Proof of company registration documents
- Certified I.D. copies for directors/shareholders and share certificates
- Proof of bank account
- BEE verification certificate/affidavit
For the scope of work, please consult the PHSDSBC website (www.phsdsbc.org.za). NB. Subsequent to application, and prior to the briefing session, service providers will be expected to register on the PHSDSBC’s database.
