The Council has undertaken to train two (2) interns, via the PSETA Internship Programme, in collective bargaining and dispute resolution, over a period of two (2) years. The interns Mr Glen Matsobane and Ms Lebogang Masipa, started their training on 01 September 2015.

Enforcement of Arbitration Awards

Amendments to section 143 of the LRA are intended to streamline the mechanisms for enforcing arbitration awards of the CCMA/bargaining councils and are aimed at making these mechanisms more cost effective and easily accessible to lower earning litigants/complainants.
