The PHSDSBC is striving towards improving its service delivery to all its stakeholders. You, as an essential and very important stakeholder, can contribute towards this effort, by taking a few minutes, to rate the collective bargaining services that you have received, from the PHSDSBC.

Are you aware of who the relevant person/s are within the Collective Bargaining department to contact when you need assistance, and do you have access to their contact details?*
In your interaction with the Collective Bargaining Officer/Chamber Secretary/ Manager were you treated with dignity and respect?*
Were you satisfied with the overall communication of the Collective Bargaining department?*
Was the meeting you attended, co-ordinated and managed in terms of the provisions of the constitution and Labour Relations Act?*
