Introducing our New Website
Fifteen (15) years down the line, the Council has grown from strength to strength in delivering on its statutory obligation of promoting collective bargaining as the preferred means of securing labour peace, social justice, economic development and employment equity. The following focus areas were identified, during the strategic planning review workshop in 2012, for the five (5) year cycle, that is from 2013/14 to 2017/18 financial years, namely promotion of labour peace in the sector, enhancement of the visibility and accessibility of the Council and transformation of its systems and processes.
As part of its organisational transformation objective, the Council, inter alia, resolved to improve its image and enhance its profile. In pursuit of this objective, it has successfully enhanced its logo, to build a strong brand identity.
However, the primary objective that was identified for the improvement of service delivery and visibility, was the need to launch a brand new website that would fulfil the needs of the Council’s members, in specific, and the public at large. The Council proudly introduces you to its revamped, re-designed, modern and user-friendly website. We take this opportunity to invite you to interact actively with the website and submit any comments or suggestions to us.
