Exco Chamber Management Workshop

The Council held its annual ExCo Chamber Management Workshop from 23 to 24 July 2015. The purpose of the workshop is to capacitate the new management of the 10 Chambers of the Council, who are duly elected at the Chamber meetings preceding the Annual General Meeting of the Council. The workshop is generally conducted to share information with the new management regarding the legislature that governs the operations of the Council in general and the Chambers in particular, procedures and processes of the Council and chairing practices and includes a team building event. This workshop assists in ensuring that Chambers perform optimally and uniformly, bringing provincial mutual interest matters for the attention of the Council to resolve.
